Counselling

Crises are part of everyone's lives. We may experience crises during times of bereavment, marital conflict, abuse or violence, separation and divorce, employment changes, or any other change in our lives. Symptoms may include episodes of severe depression or anxiety, grief, fear, threats of suicide, or insecurities related to transitional stages of life.

Taking the time for counselling provides a structure for exploring feelings and gaining a broader awreness of oneself. Counselling can help to identify underlying problems by giving voice to our hidden conflicts.
